Job Title : Play School Coordinator

Salary Range : 7k - 10k (Negotiable)

Minimum Experience : 1 year in teaching

We are looking for a motivated and organized Play School Coordinator to join our team at Kidozone. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and strong leadership skills to manage and support our teaching staff and ensure the smooth operation of our play schools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the play school, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

- Coordinate and support teaching staff in the development and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on children's progress.

- Ensure compliance with all school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management.

- Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

- Foster a positive and collaborative school culture among staff, children, and parents.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching, preferably in early childhood education.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff..

- Proficiency in using MS Office and other administrative software.

1. Kidozone at Atala, Balianta - Hanspal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

2. Kidozone at Swagat Bihar , Rudrapur- Hanspal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
