- Staff nurse (ward)-- Education:- Bsc / gnm / masters in nursing- License/Certification:- Nursing License (Preferred)- Experience - 0-5yr- MNC Registration & Degree Certificate Required- Salary- 8000/- to 25000/-- Job type-- Full-time- Fresher/experienced- Regular / Permanent- Shift and schedule- Morning shift- Night shift- Rotational shift- Evening shift- Day shift- Fixed shiftJob description - - To provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.- On a rotational basis, perform all nursing related work with at most courtesy, dignity & empathy toward Patients.- To provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients\' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with doctors.- To Maintain stock of all required injections/drugs in the department.- To supervise the daily clinical management of all patients in conjunction with the nurse team leaders and under the guidance of consultants and attend all post operative patients on day of operation and every day following.- To discuss medication on discharge with patients, provide health education and write a discharge summary if requested.- To assist in the day-to-day functions at the hospital and any other reasonable tasks, within their level of experience, requested by the hospital. - Maintain records of usage/supply of injections/drugs/equipment, for audit purposes.- Icu staff nurse-- Job type-Full-time- Shift and schedule-Rotational shift- Qualifications- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)- Total work: 1 year (Preferred)- Nursing License (Preferred),MNC Registration, Degree Certificate Required.- Salary- 12000/- to 18000/-Full We are searching for a dedicated intensive care unit (ICU) nurse to deliver vital care to seriously ill or injured patients in our ICU department- Evaluate and monitor the patient\'s progress.- Administer medications by routes of intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, gastric tubes, sublingual, transdermal, subcutaneous, and by mouth (PO).- Prepared to deliver intensive care in case of health emergencies, like sudden cardiac arrest or road accident etc.- Monitors a patient\'s vital signs, including oxygen levels, respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature and pulse rate.- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient\'s medical condition.- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.- Begin treatment and monitor doses.- If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.- Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.- Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.- Maintain patient records.- Create and implement effective care plans.
