Job Description
Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and equipment before procedures.
Assist surgeons and surgical teams by handing over instruments and ensuring smooth workflow.
Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
Monitor and record surgical procedures, instruments used, and patient responses.
Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
Coordinate with anesthetists, surgeons, and other medical staff for seamless surgical operations.
Provide post-operative assistance and support as required.
