Job Description
Prepare and set up the catheterization lab for procedures.
Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy and X-ray machines.
Monitor patient vital signs and ECG during procedures.
Administer contrast media under the supervision of a physician.
Maintain sterile field and use aseptic techniques.
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
Assist with post-procedure patient care and equipment cleanup.
Maintain and calibrate cath lab equipment.
Respond to emergency situations (e.g., code blue) within the cath lab.
Follow all hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols
