Job Description

Location: Dharmaveer Anand Dighee Heartcare and Urocare Centre
Patient Assistance: Assist patients with basic needs, such as helping them move around the ward, adjusting beds, and providing water or food when needed.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure that the ward and patient areas are clean, organized, and sanitized. This includes cleaning patient rooms, changing bed linens, and disposing of waste properly.
Transporting Patients: Help move patients between rooms, from the ward to other areas of the hospital (e.g., radiology, the operating room), and back to their beds.
Delivering Supplies: Bring medical supplies, medications, or food trays to patients as required by nursing staff or doctors.
Assisting with Equipment: Set up and maintain hospital equipment (e.g., beds, wheelchairs) and ensure it is functioning properly.
Monitoring Patient Comfort: Monitor patients' comfort levels and notify nursing staff of any needs or concerns.
Maintaining Ward Supplies: Keep track of stock and inform the management team when supplies like linen, medication, or equipment are running low.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic documentation or patient records under the supervision of nurses or administrative staff.
Communication: Liaise with other hospital staff (nurses, doctors, and cleaning staff) to ensure that patient care and operations are effective.
