Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and clinical staff.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
Handle communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Patient Coordination:
Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate patient care activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Data Management:
Maintain and update patient records and administrative documents.
Ensure all data is entered accurately into the hospital’s information system.
Generate reports and summaries for management review.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure all departments are well-equipped.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and government regulations.
Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve hospital operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Healthcare Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admin roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
