Job Title:  ICU Resident Medical Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICU Resident Medical Officer to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide expert medical care to critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage ICU patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical research.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and guidelines for patient safety and quality care.
Qualifications:
BAMS/BHMS/MBBS degree with a valid medical license..
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ICU or critical care.
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
