USG Technician :
Ultrasound Imaging: Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to capture images of internal organs, tissues, and structures.
Equipment Operation: Operate ultrasound machines and other related equipment proficiently.
Patient Interaction: Prepare and position patients for ultrasound examinations, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns.
Image Quality: Ensure high-quality imaging by adjusting settings, techniques, and positions as needed.
Data Analysis: Analyze ultrasound images to identify and document abnormalities or issues.
Report Preparation: Prepare and review reports for radiologists or physicians, providing detailed observations and findings.
Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety and infection control procedures, ensuring patient and staff safety.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of ultrasound equipment; report any issues to the appropriate department.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging results, patient histories, and procedural notes.
Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and determine next steps.
Training and Development: Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques; participate in ongoing education and training.
