Job Description
Shift Oversight: Manage night shift operations
Staff Supervision: Direct, support, and evaluate night shift employees
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth running of processes and procedures
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational or staff issues
Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols
Customer Service: Handle guest or customer inquiries and complaints
Reporting: Document and report shift activities and incidents
Resource Management: Oversee inventory, equipment, and supplies
Training: Provide training and guidance to new staff members
Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant services
