Job Description
Complete daily rounds for each patient. (Twice in a shift)
Collect reports of patient investigation.
Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status.
Write daily doctor order properly in proper format.
Filling up new admission history/examination finding and treatment advice in software on same day.
Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anaesthesia should be checked and completed.
Preparing patient for discharge.
Filling discharge summary.
Explaining & counselling of patient regarding discharge medicines.
