Job Description
Job Title: Plating Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise plating operations and ensure quality control
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Lead and motivate a team of plating operators
- Implement process improvements and ensure safety and compliance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in plating or metal finishing
- Candidate from Jewellery industry will be preferable
- Strong knowledge of plating processes
- Supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
