Plating Supervisor
Qualification : Any Graduate , BSC / Any Diploma
Experience : 1 to 3 yrs
Skills :
• Check of daily absenteeism & manpower allocation.
• Maintain of production reports, downtime reports.
• Maintain housekeeping & Cleanness in Electroplating Plant
• To check the plating thickness of the components using nondestructive method
• To add chemicals based on analysis report to the process tanks
• Continue monitoring of Over Size, under size, peel off, burning, uncover related
• issues.
• Daily check Tank Level, Temperature of plating chemical bath
• Plating process startup & shutdown, process observation.
• Check all equipment working condition.
• Check & Confirm Incoming water level and quality.
• Scrubber & Cooling Tower water level maintaining
• Check Incoming material sufficient for loading & maintain.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance
