Experience / Qualifications

• BSc (Chemistry)/B.E (Chemical)/B.E (Metallurgy)
• Min 10 yrs of experience in coating line - phosphating zinc and Manganese, electroless nickel, zinc plating, copper plating in Oil & Gas Industry
• Optional experience in developing and maintaining vendors for below,
• Heat treatment
• Carburizing
• Nitriding
• QPQ

Job Responsibilities :

• Establishing and running coating line with good practices and process control for 5 years on independent charge
• Establishing Heat treatment and Carburizing process at vendor place based on our specs
• Establishing and running coating line - Xylan / Eveslik / Molycote stsem
• Establishing and running surface preparation line - glass bead / sand blasting / grit blasting...
• Establishing and running painting line - epoxy painting...
• Experience in Training line operators and inspectors
• Able to read and write English
• Good practices exposure - Lean / mentoring /.
• Management of ETP (Effluent treatment process)
• First hand experience in setting up and running special process plants
• In-house and vendor Process validation and approval from customers
• In-house and vendor Part approval process at customer end
• Complete process control for quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Training of operators and inspectors
• Installing chemistry and physical / mechanical lab
• ETP establishing and maintaining.
• Responsible for
• Plating
• Phosphating
• Xylan, Everslik, Molybdenum coating
• Vendoring development and maintaining for,
• HQT
• Carburizing
• Nitriding
• QPQ
• Welding
• Cladding
• Any new special process
• Good practices like Lean, 5S, Kaizen...

Reports to Plant Head

Key Result Areas

• FTR (First time right) validation of special process
• External supplier development and validation for special process
• OTD (On time delivery) to customers
• No Rejection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,300,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
