Support Specialist takes part in helping clients by suggesting best practices to exploit the Adform platform to the fullest potential, setting up digital advertising campaigns on our platform for well-known global brands and consulting on how to best optimize campaign performance in order to reach the target audiences. Your Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system Implement and manage client\'s digital ad campaigns within the Adform platform. Including setting up media plans, banner creatives, ad tags and other relevant information to achieve their marketing goals Perform platform administrational tasks. Including Private Deals setup, new or existing platform users\' creation and management Serve as a subject matter expert on Adform\'s platform. Educate and assist clients on how to use its features and functionalities Troubleshoot client\'s requests to eliminate blockers that prevent successful ad campaign performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues We expect you 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the ad tech industry Have strong knowledge of ad tech platforms, including Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs Have experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Be able to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Have proven troubleshooting skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex client\'s issues quickly Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language) Have experience working with help desk software, such as Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow or similar Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline Our promise Growth and career opportunities within the organization Experienced and professional team Informal style of leadership and communication Challenging and unique tasks with a creative approach to problem-solving Dynamic, inspiring and international environment If you wonder about these things - we have something to offer you Worry about health and accident insurance We got this by providing premium package of 1000000 for employees and their closest family members Eager to enjoy your vacay a bit longer We offer 24 vacation days!
