marketing) from initial phase up to SOP - either internal or external projects.
Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product, quality, cost, investments, budget and SOP timelines on his respective models within all relating project teams and functions.A Day in the lifeKey Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 He is responsible for planning platform for min investment and max scalability of product.
\xef\x82\xb7 He is responsible to achieve all in the target agreement defined project targets (product, business case, and timing).
\xef\x82\xb7 He is leading a project team from all necessary functions (product planning, R&D, production, purchase, finance etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 He will manage his project teams and reconciles their manning directly with all functions.
\xef\x82\xb7 He is responsible to set up a target agreement for his projectsAcademic Qualification & Experience\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor in Engineering,
\xef\x82\xb7 Product Development and Project ManagementTechnical Skills/KnowledgeUnderstanding of Engineering Services in the domain of Value Engineering, CAE, PDM, QFD.
- Engineering processes, contemporary systems ,standards, and procedures
- Understanding of a complete motorcycle
- Knowledge of Complete value chain- platform for a vehicle built
- Knowledge of Motor vehicle rules , regulations, latest trends, supplier market
- Knowledge of competition eco system.
- Good understanding of Business Case
- Must have worked on multiple product on same platform.
- 10 years experience in Vehicle Integration / Chassis Background or Equivalent.Behavioural SkillsStrategic orientation
