You will be a key member of a software engineering team, driving development of business valuable applications, reports and building workflows tightly integrated with various software systems across H&M.
The team works in a high pace environment, so you are expected to work closely with stakeholders on identifying solution requirements and demonstrating progress proactively.
We're looking for a person who's passionate about Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft SharePoint technologies and who can independently drive development of business critical solutions on these.
Responsibilities
• Gather requirements, design and implement workflows with Microsoft Power Automate
• Gather requirements, design and implement apps on Microsoft Power Appsspf
• Gather requirements, design and implement apps for Microsoft SharePoint
• Gather requirements, design and implement reports on Microsoft Power BI
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and appropriate software design patterns. Hands-on coding is a must for this role
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback and improve code quality
• Collaborate with two subteams on implementation to ensure new solution fits well into existing ecosystem
• Contribute to the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals
• Work effectively in agile environment with fast pace of delivery
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through self-study, training, and professional development opportunities
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5 years of experience in software engineering industry
• 3+ years of experience building workflows with Microsoft Power Automate
• 3+ years of experience developing custom apps on Microsoft Share Point/SPFx, preferably with React (strong preference) I will change this
• Experience integrating with backend APIs following various patterns such as REST/RPC, understanding concepts of security, versioning and data formats
• 3+ years of experience with React, strong understanding its core principles
• Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps
• Experience developing reports on Microsoft Power BI
• Experience developing Azure Functions in C#
• Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture
• Good understanding of classic design patterns, such as a fabric, singleton or repository
• Good understanding of SOLID principles
• Experience with Git, knowing its basic commands and understanding concept of branching
• Passion for staying updated with latest technological trends, being able to guide the team on those in Power Automate and SharePoint area
• Concise and proactive communicator as the role entails daily communication with multiple stakeholders
Good to have:
• Certification in Microsoft Power Automate or SharePoint is a strong advantage
• Certification in Azure
• Familiarity working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
