• Collaborate within Radianz Platform & Service Design to
• test and use capabilities of different platform approved CPEs and core/distribution devices & software
• review and support standard designs and incorporate solutions to standard solutions
• Improve ways of working showing a clear understanding of current business challenges to control/reduce cost and drive re-use

• Demonstrating technical SME in functional area
• Operating within an efficient Design Lifecycle
• Complex Solution requirements, definition and engineering
• Post go live support
• Pre and post-Sales support

What you\'ll be doing

• Be creating and aligned with the business Technology and Product roadmaps, creating innovative inputs and deliverables, relevant and ground-breaking
• Engage with business and clients alike to capture requirements that form new business and Product/Solution and engineering opportunities
• Develop technology into products and capabilities
• Create re-use strategies or define new to efficiently drive the C2M and L2C journeys
• Creating High and Low Level Designs
• Vendor/Supplier evaluations & testing from a technology perspective
• Creating and/or delivering/managing certification plans
• Virtual team working

Experience you would be expected to have

• Able to demonstrate a career involved with designing new products and services or orchestrating change to existing ones
• Articulation of the business and operational risks involved in new and emerging technology and its adoption into a eco-system
• A history of Customer facing engagement at relevant levels

Skills required

• Design engineering processes
• Solution Design acumen
• Design engineering principles including test case construct and execution
• Prioritisation of tasks based on business priorities
• Ideally Cisco/security/Cloud qualified to a medium/high level, CCIE/CCNP AWS SOLA, RHEL etc
• High self-management across multiple work streams and dependencies
• Basic knowledge/understanding of DevOps/DevNet technologies
