Job Summary: Within this role, you will be responsible in collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements and provide IT solutions for Business/platform. Recognized SME in domain and technologies, but could be extended to related areas, has clear understanding of future technology trends as well as support identification of growth opportunities within the business. An individual who is an expert in detailed technical design, compliance, quality assurance and driving improvements across standards, guidelines & process. Partner with Business, Function and Market leads, Tribe leads, BPEs in understanding the business needs and ensure their IT needs pertaining to the in-scope applications/Processes /services are met The scope that a specific Business Analyst covers multiple dimensions, will be more a specialist with deep process/platform knowledge for a certain sub domain. Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements. Aligns projects to management strategy. Produces new process improvement techniques and services. Develops metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities. Key Areas of Responsibility : Early involvement in solution design and estimations. Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions. Responsible to maximize the use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes. Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints. Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution. Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements. Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities. Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements. Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 8+ years of demonstrated experience with Digital technology design and implementation to deliver meaningful results across the customer spectrum Technology enabled business transformation is your playground - You can visualize and design transformational Digital solutions based on customer business goals, new business models and disruptive digital technologies Deep understanding and at least 4+ years of experience in customer platforms Experience in working in agile teams in a globally distributed team Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of Digital technology and its impact to future operating models and organizational structures.
