Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture. Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design.
Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
Approves the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.
Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
Supports the IT DSO and IT PSM in timely provision of technical environments.
Supports IT stakeholders on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.
Coaches technical leads and developers.
Reviews the code of the development team to ensure it complies with the requirements of the system architecture and best practices.
Responsible for the development of core modules and framework codes. Provide guidance and advice to help developers solve technical problems.
Work closely with the System Architect / Product Architect to identify & answer important product/solution questions through prototypes or solutions
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
Technical Skills:
All-round technical expert to deliver technically sound solutions for core QMS processes
In-depth knowledge of at least 1 or 2 globally used quality management tools like TrackWise, Appian, Veeva, SmartSolve etc.
Broad expertise of functional domain, relevant business processes and technology.
Proficiency in setting up cloud-based applications on various cloud platforms like AWS, GCP and Azure
Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of working with databases including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience in designing web services using architecture styles like REST and GraphQL.
Optional: exposure to (Gen) AI solutions used in QMS processes
Soft Skill set:
Eagerness to learn innovative new technologies to support diverse set of projects
Strong knowledge of diverse scope of IT applications and supporting Quality and Regulatory functions
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Strong knowledge on QMS processes
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), formal & informal
Effectively communicate and coordinate with project managers, production owner, development teams, and other stakeholders. Need to convey technical concepts and decisions to non-technical personnel and ensure team understanding and cooperation.
Strong analytical skills to support high level solution design based on business requirements and translate to detailed design as an input for development by output-based partner.
Ability to stay focused in a complex and demanding environment and deliver results.
Quality mindset, understanding of compliance domains and ownership to achieve high standards of all aspects of delivered solution.
Sense of end-to-end ownership of a solution in all phases of application life cycle.
Strong communication and a good listening skill. Able to create formal and informal networks and coordinate among teams.
