Job Description

• The Plastic Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires technical knowledge of injection molding processes, machine settings, and quality standards, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision.
• EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 2 -3years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines.
• SKILLS:
• Knowledge of mold setup, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Set up molds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure the production process meets quality and efficiency standards.
• Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Load raw materials (e.g., plastic resin) into hoppers and ensure consistent feeding during production.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the molding process, such as flash, short shots, or sink marks.
• Conduct routine maintenance of machines, including cleaning and lubrication.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
