Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a background in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes through advanced medical techniques and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures, including but not limited to facial, body contouring, reconstructive, and non-surgical enhancements.
• Consult with patients to understand their concerns, expectations, and goals, and provide expert advice on appropriate treatments.
• Assess patients' medical conditions and determine their eligibility for surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments and care, ensuring optimal recovery and minimal complications.
• Keep detailed and accurate medical records, documenting all procedures and follow-up visits.
• Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, innovations, and cosmetic trends.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and anesthesiologists, to provide holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with all medical standards and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBBS with specialization in Plastic Surgery (MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery preferred).
• Licensed to practice as a plastic surgeon in India.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures in simple terms to patients.
• Compassionate, patient-cantered approach to care.
• Attention to detail and precision in surgery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
