Role & Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Setting up the plasma cutting machine, including installing the appropriate cutting torch, adjusting gas pressures, and ensuring the correct electrical connections.
• Material Preparation: Preparing the workpiece by cleaning it, positioning it properly on the cutting table, and securing it in place.
• Program Loading: Loading the cutting program into the machine\'s control system. This program typically contains information about the shape, dimensions, and cutting path of the desired pieces.
• Machine Operation: Operating the machine during the cutting process. This involves starting the machine, monitoring the cutting progress, and making any necessary adjustments to the machine settings.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the cut pieces meet the required quality standards by inspecting them for smoothness, accuracy, and any defects.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the plasma cutting machine, such as cleaning the torch, replacing consumables (like nozzles and electrodes), and addressing any mechanical issues.
• Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Plasma cutting involves high temperatures and potential exposure to fumes, so proper safety equipment and procedures are essential.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving any issues that may arise during the cutting process, such as irregular cuts, machine malfunctions, or program errors.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 917,000.00 per month Schedule:

Experience:
