We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS\' Future Forward Program.What he will be doing:Installing, configuring, updating and administering the Planview PPM system in the cloud.Managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.Backing-up and restoring data and solutions.Applying patches, updates, and upgrades the system and ensuring compatibility with other FIS systems.Implementing security policies and standards.Testing and validating that configurations and customizations made to the system will produce quality and accurate output.Monitoring and optimizing system performance, availability and reliability using various tools and methods to resolve issues.Supporting and troubleshooting issues and incidents related to functionality, integrations, and customizations.Providing escalated technical support and assistance to the users and stakeholders of the system and responding to their requests and inquiries.Documenting and maintaining the technical procedures and guidelines for the system and creating and updating the knowledge base and FAQs.Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the system, processes, and procedures.Learning new technologies and techniques to help the system evolve.What you bring:Experience with the Planview project portfolio management (PPM) system.Working knowledge of systems up and downstream from Planview PPM such as Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM; Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ServiceNow (SNOW).Experience administering and maintaining web-based services and APIs.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Data-driven, algorithmic, and critical thinking.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Experience delivering through scaled agile (SAFe) and traditional project/program management frameworks.What we offer youAn exciting opportunity be a part of World\xe2\x80\x99s Leading FinTech Product MNCA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities \xe2\x80\x93 FIS is your final career stepPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
