Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Job Summary:

SPI is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Hazaribagh facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, stock management and the safe, organized running of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
• Oversee the quality control of products to meet the company's standards.
• Manage and motivate plant staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any production issues.
• Maintain production records, including daily and weekly reports on operations.
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement strategies to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
• Basic knowledge of computer

• Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as needed.
