Position- Plant Supervisor

Location- Raipur

Salary- Upto 15,000 - 25,000

Experience- 1-5 Years and Experience in Minimum 1 years of Fabrication ( PEB •)•

Qualification- Diploma / B.tech Mechanical Engineering.



To supervise the operations team, ensuring delivery of departmental goals, through appropriate delegation and providing feedback and motivation to team members. This includes providing first line-management support, allocation of resource to ensure project delivery and short term planning of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations
• Ensure production targets are met
• Maintain quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols
• Manage plant staff and assign tasks
• Ensure efficient and effective work
• Maintain equipment and machinery
• Order supplies
• Keep accurate records of production and inventory and increase efficiency.
• Production as per plan.
• To support and improve on an on-going basis to reduce production cost and process plans.
• Quality inspection
• Monitoring operations, initiating and driving corrective actions when needed.
• Providing a clear sense of direction and focus to team members.
• Building a trusting relationship with workers.
