Are you an experienced professional in production management? Join our team as a Plant Production Incharge at our state-of-the-art Non-Carbonated Soft Drink Plant !

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff for optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Technology Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of carbonated beverage production processes.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and other quality assurance standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
