Specializing in the conversion of plastic and tyre waste into pyrolysis oil, we are planning to operate with a capacity of 100 tons of plastic waste per day, contributing to sustainable waste management and energy production.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pyrolysis Oil Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the pyrolysis oil plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. This role is crucial in achieving our mission of transforming waste into renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate pyrolysis plant equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

- Monitor and control the process parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Record and maintain accurate production data and logs.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency.

- Assist in training and mentoring new plant operators.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering preferred.

- Proven experience as a plant operator, preferably in a pyrolysis, chemical, or related industrial environment.

- Strong understanding of plant operations, process controls, and safety protocols.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

- Proficient in using computerized control systems and software.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ?8,901.54 - ?30,608.05 per month
