Shri Krishna Agencies, a leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceutical products, is looking for dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Plant Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in our manufacturing plant to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operations.
• Follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any operational issues or inefficiencies.
• Record production data, including quantities, quality checks, and downtime, and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Assist in the packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a technical degree is a plus).
• Prior experience as a machine operator in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to safety standards and GMP compliance.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required by the production schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
