Job Description

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma specifically in Chemical Engineering.
•Note: Degrees in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields will not be considered.•

Experience Criteria:

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in operating UF/RO-based water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/ETP).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems for industrial water and wastewater treatment.
• Hands-on experience with the daily operations, maintenance, and performance optimization of water treatment plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing plant operations, chemical usage, performance metrics, and water quality. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

Collaboration with Maintenance:

• Partner closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless plant operations, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and swift resolution of issues to reduce downtime and maintain system performance.

Policy Adherence & Compliance:

• Strictly follow all company policies and standards, including Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols. Ensure all work areas are kept safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to safety and quality regulations.

Training & Development:

• Provide training and guidance to the operations team to ensure full compliance with EHS regulations, quality standards, and plant procedures. Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement, safety, and compliance on-site.
