Plant Manager Plastic Mat Manufacturing
Job Description
Plant Manager for our Plastic Mat manufacturing unit located at Madhyamgram near Kolkata.It is a small operation with about 80 workmen. We need a B.Sc. or Diploma in any Engineering Field (preferably in plastic technology from CIPET). Should have at least 5 years work experience of which at least last 1 year should be as the first or second incharge of similar sized manufacturing plant.Prior experience in plastic processing is required, at least for part of the experience. Emoluments would be between Rs. 6 lacs to Rs. 12 lacs CTC. Candidate is expected to be capable of running manufacturing operations to achieve targeted production and handle material management in cost effective manner using his Intelligence, people management skills, administrative capabilities and industrial maintenance knowledge. Honesty & Integrity is a must for such senior position. Candidate should not have history of very frequent job changes.
