Job Description
Plant Manager for our Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturing unit located at Madhyamgram near Kolkata.It is a medium sized operation with about 120 company workmen and 70 contract workers. We need a B. Tech or Diploma Mechanical. Should have at least 7 years' work experience of which at least 2 years should be as the first or second incharge of a similar sized manufacturing plant.Prior experience in a stainless steel or mild steel pipe unit is preferred. Emoluments would be between Rs. 12 lacs to Rs. 24 lacs CTC. Candidate is expected to be capable of running manufacturing operations to achieve targeted production in cost effective manner using his Intelligence, leadership & team management skills, people training skills, administrative capabilities and mechanical maintenance knowledge. Honesty & Integrity is a must for such senior position. Candidate should not have history of frequent job changes.
