Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production plant management, preferably in the corrugation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the plant staff, ensuring effective teamwork and organization.
• Assign tasks and projects to employees, monitoring progress and ensuring efficiency.
• Ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and the facility to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a production plant is essential.
• Experience in the corrugation industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
