To achieve planned production of NaCMTS, BDCB and CPDM by ensuring . Continuity of raw material supply in co-ordination with R.M. Sourcing & site logistic function . Manpower availability . Routine production in co-ordination with plant team and various service functions/ stakeholders . Optimum plant availability by timely release & completion of preventive maintenance of all equipment, instruments, DCS system and Fixed fire protection (as per schedule) 3. To achieve satisfactory product quality by . Identifying, recording & analyzing problems (non-conformance) related to the product . Initiating actions to avoid re-occurrence of the problems . Verifying whether the solutions for the problems are implemented. . Ensure effectiveness of DCS system and all instrument devices 4. To maintain / reduce raw material consumption ratios in order to ensure that product demand is satisfied at optimum cost by . Monitoring inputs & outputs at each stage of production . Process improvement initiatives execution plan and implementation . Cost competitiveness by enhancing production capacity, reduction in RMC, energy conservation and waste reduction . Implementing corrective & preventive actions (Plant & process modifications) where necessary 4.To maintain safe, pollution free working environment & housekeeping for eliminate/minimize work time lost due to accidents by implementing recommendations of Internal safety audits, EHS round, safety committee meeting, HAZOP study, P & P S audit & Occupational Health RiskAssessment etc. 5. To develop subordinates by imparting trainings related to process change and modification in the plant, Quality & Environmental system, BBS, 5S, SAP etc. 6. Preparation of different documents & data collection for data analysis, demonstrate product realization system is exist and implemented Value added: 1) Achieve annual planned production targets. Deliver products to the customer as per requirement & schedule without disruption in supply & by adhering to the inventory targets 2) Reduce cost of the products by reducing raw material consumption & conversion cost as compared to the last year. 3) No incidents & accidents in a year. 4) Reduce solvent consumption to reduce point VOC. Improve quality of effluent by reducing Acids, Alkalis & Salts. 5) Complete allocated project/ modification activities in the plants in a specific time span. 6) Complete preventive maintenance of critical equipment within time limit as per schedule. 7) Achieve output targets within set safety, quality & yield standards. 8) Initiate changes in system & process for a) Yield & Quality improvement. b) Environment, Health & Safety related aspects. c) Increasing product capacity. 9) Reduce rejection rate of finished goods. 10) Implement findings of different audits as per schedule of implementation. 11) Adhere to corporate compliance policy of Bayer. 12) Regular trainings & interactions with group employees for achieving healthy working environment and to improve understanding of LIFE values of Bayer.
