Company is 26 years old & having employee strength of 35 & annual turnover of 100 Crs.Position - Plant Manager (Head)Experience - 5+ years plant operations experience.Qualification - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering preferredSalary Budget \xe2\x80\x93 65 to 85 K Per MonthNotice period \xe2\x80\x93 1 monthLocation - AhmedabadRoles & Responsibilities:-Plant Manager (Head) Plant Manager, or Plant Operators supervise all phases of plant operations, includingproduction, maintenance and receiving. They are responsible for the capital improvementand physical upkeep of the plant. They work closely with the production team to increaseprofitability and production in the manufacturing plant.The typical duties and responsibilities of a Plant Manager typicallyinclude the following.1. Overseeing all the operational activities of the plant.2. Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards andcustomers \xe2\x80\x98requirements.3. Controlling expenditure and managing capital requirements within a set budgets.4. Preparing production and performance reports for senior management.5. Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for theplant.6. Maintaining all administrative records.7. Maintaining all inventory levels and controlling the flow of product.8. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.9. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.10. Commit to plant safety procedures.Plant Manager (Head) Requirements and skills.1. Proven work experience as a Plant Manager.2. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.3. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.4. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plant.6. Able to lead root cause analysis investigations.7. Able to explain training material to our operating staff.8.
