Job Description
: Roles & Responsibilities . Responsible for Production, Quality, Supply Chain . Work with other executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs. . Establish sales target, communicate, monitoring and manage the sales performance for each channel and location to ensure the achievement of regional sales target . Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status . Oversee the entire manufacturing operations and employee productivity. The Successful Applicant . Strong manufacturing and plant management experience. . Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing manufacturing activities. . Candidates need to come from FMCG or Food industry only. . Familiar with Six Sigma, LEAN, Kaizen process in continuous improvement. . High degree of comfort using a computer for documents, e-mail, internet and research as required and willingness for flexible work hours.
