Job Title:xe2x80x93 Plant Manager - DombivaliPlant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining safety standards, managing resources, and achieving production targets. The role demands leadership in supervising plant staff, maintaining operational excellence, optimizing production costs, and ensuring quality standards.1. Production Management:o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient, cost- effective, and timely production.
o Monitor the production process to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
o Monitor the Planed schedule and prioritize production activities to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
o Monitor daily production operations to ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
o Conduct and plan MRM. Take necessary action on MRM points
o Conduct daily meetings and provide necessary MIS reports to management.2. Staff Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
o Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
o Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
o Manage employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary actions in collaboration with Human Resources team3. Quality Control & Assurance:
o Ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications.
o Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformance reports, and customer complaints.
o Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.4. Inventory and Materials Management:o Oversee the management of raw materials, inventory control, and supply chain activities.
o Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
o Monitor stock levels, ensuring that inventory is effectively managed to avoid shortages or excess.
