Job Description
Position: Plant ManagerEducation: B.Tech (Mechanical)Experience: 15 yearsLocation: Ahmedabad:The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the surgical equipment manufacturing plant
Lead and supervise plant supervisors, operators, and other staff members
Monitor quality control procedures and implement corrective actions where necessary to resolve production issues
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance, production, quality control, and other key metrics
