Job Overview Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience | Full-Time | Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in plant maintenance. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plant equipment. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Proficient in using tools and equipment for inspections and repairs. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Roles And Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on plant equipment and machinery. Identify and troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements. Conduct routine maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant maintenance.
