Lead and drive L.E.A.N. implementation of dedicated L.E.A.N. roadmap.
Inspire as role model all employees for L.E.A.N. behavior supporting VT Common Behaviors.
Monitor L.E.A.N. activities, analyze gaps and start focused activities.
Provide L.E.A.N. trainings and coaching customized to target groups.
Support development of L.E.A.N. competency profiles in different functions within the plant.
Enable, coach, and challenge the identification of L.E.A.N. potential and realization of potentials with L.E.A.N. methods.
Conduct strategic L.E.A.N. projects and facilitate L.E.A.N. improvement workshops.
Initiate exchange of Best Practices, promote L.E.A.N. achievements to the whole organization, also towards management.
Establish and maintain L.E.A.N. network in the area of responsibility as multipliers for L.E.A.N. and be an active contributor to whole L.E.A.N. network.
Estimate Effort and Benefit for planned improvement projects as input for related budget plannings.
Support audit-relevant topics related to continuous improvements.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
L.E.A.N. Coach Certification Preferred
10+ years of similar Professional Experience Cross-functional experience preferred.
Expert Knowledge of Lean principles and Lean methods.
Advanced knowledge of Structured and methodical learning.
Several years experience leading internal lean projects or Project Management
Management skills, tools, and techniques
Exceptional Communication, Team skills, Conflict management and Coaching Experience
Experience working in global/international teams.
