We are urgently looking for Jr. Plant HR [Male] for one of the MNC Concrete Supplier Company at Bagodara, Ahmedabad

Education:- Degree in Human Resources or related field

Key Responsibilities:-

? Administer and manage the recruitment and selection process for plant staff,

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.

? Oversee employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee concerns,

conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

? Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and

legal requirements.

? Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee

skills and knowledge.

? Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, and

ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

? Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files and

reports.

? Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and training

participation.

? Collaborate with management to forecast and plan future HR needs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

? Proven experience as an HR generalist or specialist with at least 2 years in a

manufacturing environment.

? Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

? Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and

training.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact

effectively at all organizational levels.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
