Location - Gulbarga, Karnataka

Qualification - Diploma (Mechanical , Electrical)

Salary - 15000 - 20,000 per month (Third party payroll)

I mmediate Joiners only

Able to Relocate anywhere in plant

Job Responsibility -

u Plant Operations, Plant production & Quality in PAN India

u Relocation will be within PAN India as per the Plants.

u Production & Quality Operations.

u Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical.

u Will able to take care of all the work regarding filling & refilling of LPG cylinders as we are dealing with LPG cylinders & our brand name is "Go Gas" , Billing , Invoicing

u Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations

u Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

u Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

u Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

u Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

u Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

u Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff

u Commit to plant safety procedures

u Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
