We have recent job opening for the position of " Plant In-charge "for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product is Readymix concrete.

:

1. Plant In-Charge and day to day Operation, Maintenance and Staff management,

2. Work site visit, Client visit

3. Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

4. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

5. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

6. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

7. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

8. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.

9. Commit to plant safety procedures

10. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

11. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

12. Maintain optimal level of customer services for both internal and external customers.

13. Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule.
