JOB DESCRIPTIONDesignation: Head HR
Work Location: Ghaziabad (Delhi/NCR)
Qualification: MBA in HR
CTC - 10-18 lakhs PA
10 - 15 years of Plant and Corporate HR experience preferably from FMCG or Household items industry.Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Identifying the organization needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve business performance.
- Responsible for diverse talent acquisition process through multiple channels across all levels and functions.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards across all HR practices.
- Responsible for driving HR ISO Audits
- Handling Statutory Compliances and Liasioning with Govt. Agencies
- Driving Training & Development initiative across the organisation.
