Serve as a trusted advisor to plant management and employees on HR-related
matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

within the plant.

Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational
objectives.
Administer benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, wellness initiatives)

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees as needed.
Safety and Wellness Programs:
Collaborate with safety and health committees to promote and maintain a safe work
environment.
Support wellness programs and initiatives that contribute to the overall well-being of
plant employees.

Employee Communications:

Facilitate effective communication channels between plant management and
employees.
Act as a liaison between plant employees and corporate HR on HR-related matters.
