The purpose of your role will be to cater to the overall HR and IR requirements existing in the unit or multiple units. This role will handle Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Capability drives, Employee Engagement, Diversity& Inclusion, CSR and Liasioning. The role would categorically partner with business to co-create a collaborative team driving seamlessly the business plan.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Develop Talent pipeline
2. Develop various engagment & capability building plans for the unit
3. Create & build a climate of inclusion for diversity
4. Budgeting and cost optimization plan driving productivity and Overhead cost.
5. Driving Safety, TPM, External connect and CSR partnering well with the concerned stake holder
6. Daily works management pertaining to absenteeism, attrition , training hours, compliances, manpower planning cost deliverables should be maintained
7. Developing HR team and self through upgradation of skill, coaching and mentoring and various training programsA Day in the lifeAs the Plant HR Head, you will be involved in heading various HR & IR requirements of the unit. You will also lead the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR service across the plant. The provision of effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members and the delivery of strategic and operational people projects and initiatives that maximise performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the organisation.Academic Qualification & Experience- Master's degree in HR
- 15 - 25 Yrs. of experience in HR , managing teams within a business partner model and delivering successful outcomes
- Designed progressive road map for Plant Operations
- Experience of delivering transformational change programmes, including restructuringTechnical Skills/Knowledge- TPM & Safety
- HRM, OB and IR
