We are hiring for one of our leading clients.Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.Job Title Plant HRWorking days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (6 days working)Location Changodhar, MoriyaExperience: - 2-3 years of experience as HR with a manufacturing companyQualification - Bachelors or Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Key Responsibilities:A Plant HR (Human Resources) is responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions at a manufacturing or production facility. They ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive work environment, and align HR strategies with the plants operational goals.Recruitment & Workforce Planning:

  • Manage hiring and retention of plant employees.
  • Work with Sr. HR Manager to forecast manpower requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Address grievances and employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
Compliance & Labor Laws:
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Manage relationships with labor unions, if applicable.
Workplace Safety & Welfare:
  • Collaborate with safety officers to enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Implement wellness programs and ensure a safe working environment.
HR Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain HR records, analyze workforce trends, and provide reports to management.
  • Use HR analytics for decision-making and workforce planning.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, training, and compliance.Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolutionBenefits for their employees: -
