Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR recruitment consultancy firm.

We have requirement for our client a leading Power Supply Accessories mannufacturing company located at Changodar area of Ahmedabad.

Position: Plant Head

Office Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM (Tuesday Weekly Off)

Experience: Total more than 15 years, out of it 7-8 years as Plant Head.

CTC: 12 to 15 Lacs based on experience of candidate.

Plant Head will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He has to develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Following are some important / major responsibilities that need to be performed by Plant Head:

• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations.

• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

• Responsibilities for production output, production quality and on-time dispatch.

• Allocate Resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

• Develop system and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup / teams members. Manage the group / team members and develop them.

• Stay up to date with latest production management with best practices and concepts.

• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.

• Review all recommendations for machinery and work closely with engineering skill and concept for implementation of recommendations.

• Oversees the maintenance of buildings, machinery, movable assets and security of whole plant.

• Authorized to ensure plant\xe2\x80\x99s compliances to government and regulatory authority.
