Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in (Mechanical/Chemical/ Metallurgy)

Experience (in years)

Minimum 15 years out of which minimum 5 years he should have handled minimum 100 plus workforce.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations and coordinate with corporate team for the required assistance.

Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce results

Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure the same is aligned with the Plant objectives.

Requirement

Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise

Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, Systems and administrative activities

Knowledge of ISO quality system and its implementation

Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Knowledge in Systematic approach to safely, 5s, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Root cause analysis, oracle / SAP environment.

He should have handled production and/or Maintenance for minimum period of 10 years in Engineering/ Chemical Industry.

Experience in planning, procurement, project's function is welcome.

Twenty-Two Lakhs per annum

English and Tamil (Mandatory)
