This individual should possess a wealth of experience in overseeing plant operations, encompassing areas such as production, quality control, and supply chain and safety protocols. Ultimately, the Plant head should be motivated by the goal of steering our plant towards peak productivity and operational efficiency.

ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES-

? Review recommendations for special machinery and working with engineering teams to improve products and processes.

? Participating in plant expansion, equipment planning and conversion.

? Overseeing the maintenance of equipment, building, plant security and protection.

? Monitoring and testing various plant processes.

? Controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the company.

? Developing a preventive maintenance program.

? Setting performance goals & expectations.

? Determining important key performance indicators and measuring them regularly.

? Staying up to date with the latest production trends, technology and best practices.

? Building trustworthy relationships with employees.

? Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.

? Participating in various manufacturing related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management, and on-time shipping.

REQUIRED SKILLS-

? Must have a knowledge of 'Chemical Composition and Metal Casting'.

? Having prior experience in foundry and CNC related work will be preferred.

? Having a good network of labors hiring.

? Good Communication Skills.

? Risk assessing capability.

? Quick decision making capability.

Qualifications-Any Graduated.

Experience required- 1 year in the same industry.

Salary- Starting from 20k

Location- Gwalior
