- As Head-Manufacturing & Operation of Business, you will be charged with setting up green field projects and manufacturing world class equipment with the highest standards of Safety, Quality, ESG Norms & Best Practices.
- You will build an agile organization that embraces change by moving quickly and decisively to anticipate and take advantage of change.
- You will establish systems, processes, and technologies for employees to deal with the complexity and rapidly changing dynamics of Business.
- You will lead all technology & digitization initiatives during project as well as operation phase of various plants.
- You will be responsible to build a viable and profitable Business with deep domain understanding and future-focused approach and achieve the P&L goals of the business while driving a Zero Harm culture in the organization
